So what is it?
FlowTHRU™ is a stainless steel threshold drain. Incorporating this drain allows for a compliant and safe way to achieve a seamless, aesthetic and level transition between internal and external spaces, whilst still providing the functional benefits of effective drainage.
What does the FlowTHRU™ help achieve?
Increased safety: 62% of accidents occur in the family home – common around thresholds, ground-level recesses, pathways and corridors. The FlowTHRU™ provides a threshold drain that is level with the existing internal and external ground. This helps reduce the risk of trips and falls, especially where water is involved.
Greater sense of space and style: Due to the flush nature of the FlowTHRU™ drain, there is no elevated threshold present to interrupt the space. The drain also utilises an architecturally styled stainless-steel grate.
Certainty and compatibility: The FlowTHRU™ integrated threshold drainage solution is the only system that has been fully tested with AWS systems and achieves compliance with AS 4586 (slip resistance). The FlowTHRU™ also utilises an ACO Heelsafe® Anti-Slip grate. This helps to prevent small heels from becoming trapped.
