The front facade maintains a minimalist ‘beachy vibe’, featuring three Series 424 Double Glazed CentreGLAZE™ fixed windows with an aluminium custom shroud.
Positioned at the rear, the Series 704 SlideMASTER™ Sliding Door seamlessly links the open-plan living area to the garden and pool, effectively enlarging the house’s rear space. A retractable pergola awning shields the entertaining zone from all weather conditions, ensuring the Series 704 remains open as needed, unaffected by the elements.
The choice to incorporate the Series 424 Double Glazed CentreGLAZE™ framing stemmed from its diverse sub sill options, catering to various installations, including those with integrated nailing fins, perfectly suited for residential settings like this one.
With its cohesive neutral color scheme, subtle textures, and practical design features, this new residence displays tranquility and presents a contemporary interpretation of beachfront holiday living.
