This is your Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Architectural Window Systems Pty Ltd (“AWS”) for use of the “AWS Specification and Technical Tool Kit” DVD (hereafter referred to as the “Software”), including all of its contents, files and documents. Your use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please return the Software to AWS.

The Software is the property of AWS and is protected by copyright law in Australia and by international treaties overseas. You are granted a licence to use the Software under the terms stated in this Agreement. AWS retains all title, copyright, intellectual property rights, licences and ownership of the Software. AWS authorises you to make one archival copy of the Software for the sole purpose of backup.  Any other use, duplication or distribution of the Software without written permission from AWS is in violation of copyright.

You must take reasonable action to restrict and control all use of the Software and to prevent access or use except to those authorised by the terms of this Agreement.

You may not duplicate, copy, distribute or commercialise the Software or any part thereof without the written permission of AWS. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software except as stated in this Agreement.

You may use the Software by searching, viewing, using and printing individual documents by laser or other computer printer.

AWS does not warrant that the Software is free from bugs, errors or omissions or that the Software is fully compatible with all hardware or software. In no event will AWS be liable for any loss or damages, including financial or otherwise, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software. You install and use the Software on your computers entirely at your own risk.

If a term or condition of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect and will be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
